Chocolate Strawberry Tartlets


makes 24 servings

WHAT YOU NEED 
 
  •  5 sheets shortcrust pastry, defrosted
  • 1 1/2 cups (225g) NESTLÉ Dark Melts
  • 1/2 cup (125mL) NESTLÉ Reduced Fat Cream
  • 1 tbsp grated orange zest
  • 24 strawberries, halved if large


 HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease 2 x 12 cup patty pans.
  2. Cut pastry into circles using a 6cm cutter. Press into prepared patty pans; prick all over with a fork. Bake 15 minutes or until light golden. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool. 
  3. Place NESTLÉ Dark Melts, NESTLÉ Reduced Fat Cream and orange zest in a small saucepan over low heat; stir until melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Refrigerate until ready for use.  
  4. Just before serving, spoon or pipe filling into tart cases. Top with a strawberry and serve.
