makes 4 sandwiches
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- olive oil for drizzling
- 6 tablespoons tamarind jam
- 250 grams sliced Gouda cheese
- pickled chilies
HOW TO PREPARE
- Drizzle one side of each sourdough slice with olive oil.
- Spread tamarind jam on the inside (the side without the oil) of each slice. Top with two cheese slices, a little more jam, and a few pieces of pickled chilies. Cover with another slice bread.
- Grill until golden brown or cheese is slightly melted. Slice and serve.
